Europe/Africa: University Cooperation
As part of the Access to Success – Fostering Trust and Exchange between Europe and Africa project, the European University Association (EUA) has published a white paper entitled Africa-Europe higher education cooperation for development: Meeting regional and global challenges. It outlines how partnerships can be a strategic means to contribute to the overall capacity development of African higher education institutions.
