UNESCO: ICT in Higher Education in Developing Countries
UNESCO has released New Technologies in Higher Education: Experiences from Chile and China, featuring one case study per country to illustrate the multiple use of ICTs in higher education in different contexts. Designed as a practice-oriented guide for decision-makers, the document aims at fostering cooperation among developing countries on policy development in this area.
