The Guide contains details on the educational system of 47 African countries, their institutions of higher education (more than 900 institutions) and, for each country, the national bodies concerned with higher education.
This volume is the result of a partnership established between the Association of African Universities (AAU) and the International Association of Universities (IAU) to jointly collect and disseminate information on higher education in the continent.
